Mindfulness

What is mindfulness? As the name refers, it may be your complete acknowledgment about your present situation, pointing precisely to all its relevant questions: what, why, where, when, which, and how. Although ‘Mindfulness’ the word itself depicts its meaning very clearly, emphasizing it more will add to its purpose and work as an advisory title. It may be defined as total awareness, or in a conceptual tone, an understanding, acceptance, and accordance with the prevailing situations. Mindfulness can be termed as living in the present moment, accepting how it comes without supplementing it with any of your judgments. Mindfulness is more precisely defined as a state of psychological freedom that occurs when one’s perspective takes a side role by lending a leading role to the corresponding situations. Mindfulness can be adhered to as a procedure to accomplish the purpose of life and experiencing contentment, calmness, and courage to pass through your inner conflicts. It is in no sense a surrender to your situations instead of a significantly strong base which further proves to be essential to uphold several trajectories of your life. Maybe it’s been a long description about mindfulness which should be targeted for its implementation to give it a mindful acceptance. Many surveys and researches have genuinely titled mindfulness as an appropriate, primarily prescribed, and for sure treatment for many hidden injuries, enabling you to come back from your jumbled up thoughts that are often seen unbalancing the systems of your life. Often, our mind is also seen experiencing a buoyant force that ultimately gives a solid push to our aspects, impacting our behavior that can be either positive or negative. Mindfulness can be a traditional role of your conscious oriented to drive accordingly with the nature of the current situations with more meaningful and systematic ways to move forward with it. A healthy and essentially beneficial tonic that needs to be introduced in your everyday diet for the excellent functioning of your mind and body can be your attentiveness to administer your present, which is better done through mindfulness. As we know that the circumferences of our mind and body are directly proportional to each other, hence we need to focus more to nourish them both, which can be better done with mindfulness as the only best exercise to rejuvenate their efficiencies. Life is living with our present. We can address it as our true home, which our past and future can never be. Let’s maintain and embrace our present and try to extract out its best. Mindfulness can be a good source of energy that could nicely familiarise us with our hidden happiness layered with our ignorance, and it needed to be scraped off. We can say mindfulness itself takes off the barricades of unawareness and opens the passage for  happiness and joy. Most people are seen to be forgetful or ignorant of their precious gems. People are not exactly living in their existing homes. They may have their physical presence in their genuine homes but are captured with their worries, regrets, anger, and fears, which partially drag and drop them in your present and future.
