During the past two years, teachers have gotten the opportunity to teach online owing to the global pandemic. Before the pandemic, there were many educational platforms such as Coursera, whitehat jr., by us, etc. which are entirely online based to provide tutoring and online courses to students. However, the focus on the well-being of teachers who only taught online was very little. They can plan how many classes to have and when they want to have them without depending on factors such as school timetables. If they ever feel that they are in stress due to overworking or anything, they can easily cancel the class and reschedule them for a later time. Having more control over their schedule also gives them time to spend with family. Balanced work life and home life are essential to alleviate stress for teachers and help them relax.
